Workout Log
Due to yesterday being a holiday, I didn't log any of my workouts or foods.. So here it is:
May 26, 2014 - Workout: Body Beast: Build Chest/Tris
Today, May 27, 2014: Body Beast Build Legs.. Killer!!! I never like doing Legs but it has to be done! So tough working legs. Major muscle groups and like Sagi from Body Beast says.. there is a lot of blood flow, requires lots of energy to work legs. But, who wants to have skinny legs and a large upper body. Not good.
Recovery drink: Creatine Super Advanced Formula from Body Fortress Fruit Punch flavor with ice and water.
