Workout Log - Cardio
Today Saturday, I usually do Cardio. It depends on what my workout schedule has for me or if I decide to change it. I am still debating... maybe I will do some kickboxing, cardio drills with weights or something else.. Don't know yet.

Making a comment on my own post! :) I decided to do Body Beast cardio. That baby is tough!!! But I am glad I did it and I feel great!! Lunch was about 3 oz of chicken breast (leftover from dinner) baked beans and coffee with almond milk. I know it doesn't sound like much but I am cycling my calories to allow for some "splurging" later on today!
