Body Beast - Build Legs

Tough workout but so worth it!!  Its about 36 minutes long and it works you really hard.  I don't like working legs as much as other workouts but it is so good for you!! You will get strong and lean legs.  

My nutrition guide is kept at www.myfitnesspal.com if you want to follow my meal plan.  I have used the Body Beast nutrition for all 5 rounds of Body Beast I have done, but this time to change things up, I am using P90X's.  So I am starting with Low Carb... torture!!!!!  :)
