Keep A Log! Write it down!!

I have given this advice so many times because it is so important. When you keep a log of what you eat, it really makes a difference on your weight loss.  It really helped me keep track of what I eat and on my weight loss.  If I have any problems, I can go back to my journal/log and see what needs fixing.  

You can keep a hand written journal, myfitnesspal.com, or any other electronic device you can use.  Do something that you can consistently do.  When you write down what you eat, you will be also less likely to cheat because you know that you have to be accountable for it!

So, give it a try!!  I bet it will work for you too!
