Workout Log - Rest Day

No workout for me today.  I workout 6 days a week and rest on Sundays.  Meals are as usual in the morning but they change a bit at lunch or dinner.  

Today I "splurge" in a large chili and plain baked potato from Wendys.  Their chili is the best one I have eaten!  And its not greasy. Just perfect.

Tomorrow, I start 2nd week of Body Beast.
