Workout Log

Sorry, guys!! A little behind here with my posts!!  

Workout yesterday was Body Beast Build Back and Bis.  Working the back and the biceps is a killer!!  

Today's workout was Kickboxing! woo-hoo! Tough stuff but very effective ending with a killer ab workout using weights and a stability ball.

Just finished my power snack and getting ready for some other house stuff.
