Workout Log - Body Beast Build Shoulders

Today was Shoulders! This is one of my weakest muscle groups but I did so good today.  Felt stronger and did better than other days.  Felt great!!  

Already had my recovery drink which is usually Body Fortress Advanced Formula - Fruit Punch flavor with ice cubes and water

Lunch will be 1 scoop of whey protein, fruit, almond milk and ice cubes... Yum!!
