Workout Log - Cardio

Cardio Day Today : Jogging

I rather do an outdoor cardio routine than an indoor one.. but when needed, I do an indoor cardio preferably with weight resistance.  Any weight you can add to your cardio that make you work harder, burns more calories.  YAY for that!!

I need to go in now into www.myfitnesspal.com and log in my calories.
